Brushing Out The New Coat

JC's summer coat grew in and here she is, brushing out the last bit of shedding fur from her ruff.
She's gonna miss all the floof on her tail, but the new mane grants her a proud 'lion dog' status for the season. Her lightly coloured coat is shorter to help her cope with the heat, but it's still very soft to the touch.

Weight loss while come at a later time if no one catches and pampers her with tasty foods. Though I doubt she'd sit still long enough to be pampered with all the lakes and rivers just waiting to be swum and fished. XD

This was supposed to be finished on my birthday, but I got lazy and this wasn't going to be shaded at all.
Still need practice on drawing and colouring a lot of things...Like stones. >.>
